I meal planned for the week but then I realized I had some lettuce that needed to be put to use, so I turned my BBQ Chicken & Slaw into a perfect Fix approved salad!!
What you need (1 serving):
1 cup Lettuce (I used butter lettuce)
1 cup Shredded Slaw (I buy it pre shredded from Trader Joe's)
3/4 cup Rotisserie Chicken (no skin, breast meat)
2 tsp BBQ Sauce (preferably no sugar added, when you find one, let me know...LOL)
1-2 tbsp Yogurt Ranch (Bolthouse, DUH!)
2-3 tbsp Cheddar
4-5 chips crumbled on top
Put it all together and bam, super easy, super yummy salad!
