Did you know that the posts I share are the work I am currently doing for myself or work I have done in the past?

Being coached has helped me see & be proof that one single shift in a thought can change your entire life.

When you have a coach - you get to have these shifts on the regular.

Those small (or sometimes big) shifts compound over time & turn into new beliefs.

And when you start to change your beliefs, you start to blow your own damn mind.
You see that with you have the power to change SO MUCH in your life.

Being coached has helped me to see & change things I didn’t know I needed to change. That I didn’t even think were POSSIBLE to change.

Being coached has helped me say YES to myself. It has improved so many areas of my life.

I mean, my life is good, but I want GREAT. And there is NOTHING wrong with wanting more for yourself.

This is all work that I can also walk you through.

My goal as a coach is to be bold, no bullshit. (Don’t worry sarcasm + laughter included.)

I can be the one who says what needs to be said, even when it is hard to hear because I GOT YOU, girl. I believe you can do it, whatever IT is that YOU want to do. I see the future you. And all that she is capable of in life. In loving herself. In her weight. In her productivity. In her relationships. In motherhood. In her job. I can help you see the path to become HER.

And you get to do the work, with a coach in your corner to make sure you keep fucking going.

I can show you what is possible & you get to decide if you want that possibility for yourself.

Prioritize YOURSELF!

Ladies, what if you took care of YOURSELF like you took care of everyone else around you?! 

What if being “selfish” wasn’t what you THOUGHT it was…what if you had your own definition? 

What if instead of viewing it as lacking consideration for others (dictionary definition), you viewed it as acting on your own behalf!?

On a coaching call the other day a woman was struggling because she felt that taking time to take care of herself was selfish & meant she was neglecting her family - the coach hosting this live call replied with, “If I’m not for myself, who am I supposed to be for...YES, I’m my favorite person to support, I LIVE IN THIS, I have to be.”

BOOM. YES! You are your longest freaking commitment, it is not selfish, it is a MUST.

What if you stopped feeling guilty for it & decided it was not optional. 

Doing what is in YOUR best interest does not make you a shitty mom, wife, employee, etc. It makes you someone who understands the value you can offer the world & those around you when you are showing up as your best self…

You can be #MOMOFTHEYEAR & still MAKE time for you.
In fact, you can’t give what you don’t have so you may even be even more awesome when you are making time for you. 

I felt you all roll your eyes just now, too. “She is soooo funny, I REALLY DON’T HAVE time to make myself a priority.” 

You want to tell me ALL THE REASONS you don’t have any other option but I promise you that if we were to sit down & do a coaching session on this EXACT topic, you DO have a choice & you DO have the time. 

  • Start saying NO more often to things that don’t align with YOUR top priorities right now. 

    • Also, make sure you know what your priorities are….

    • So many women are afraid to say no, we take on project after project, volunteer for shit we don’t even want to do & then RESENT doing it all - WHY?! Just SAY NO. 

  • SAY YES TO YOU.

    • 20 minutes reading a book.

    • Take a bath (I am so not a bath person, I prefer not to sit in my own dirty water, anyone else?!).

    • Go for a walk. A run.

    • Do a 30 minute workout.

    • Dinner w/ a friend…

    • A solo Target trip.

    • Whatever floats your boat…do more of that. 

  • Put time for YOU on the calendar.

    • Schedule your workouts. 

    • Schedule meal planning & meal prep.
      (Secret: Meal prep actually FREES up more time during your week.)

  • ASK FOR HELP.

  • It is ok to shift your expectations of yourself & put some “to do” list items on the back burner while you focus on certain areas of life that may take priority in the moment.

Still rolling your eyes at me…

  • Journal your ENTIRE week. EVERY minute of the day. How long do you spend doing tasks? For yourself? For others? Shit you don’t even WANT to do but think you SHOULD. Scrolling social media. Binge watching your shows. Cooking. Going out to eat. Legit, all of it.

    Then go back & ask yourself, did everything I do align with my top priorities? Where can I manage my time better? What can I stop doing that I really don’t give a damn about so I can do more for ME?! 

  • FIND THE BENEFITS!

    It is also WAY easier to FIND time when we realize all the ways it will positively impact our lives!

    You are so caught up in the “I don’t have time” saga that you fail to see all the amazing benefits that would come from actually taking time for yourself.

    What is the benefit, for you, when you work out 5-6x a week? The perks of taking a time out to read? How will you feel after dinner w/ your bestie? What is the positive impact on your week when you time the time to meal plan & prep? Can you imagine what kind of impact doing something for you would have on your day? Your week? Those around you? 

You deserve to be a priority in your own life.

In what areas of your life do you put others needs above your own? Do you constantly put yourself at the bottom of your to do list? Hell, maybe you just erase yourself all together?!

What is one thing you can do now to start making sure you are a priority in your own life?


End the Year STRONG - Mind & Body!

I’m looking for women who are ready to level up their body & mind in Nov & Dec WITHOUT giving up the , stuffing or Christmas .

I mean, I think we can all agree we want to get through the holidays, enjoy ourselves AND still be able to button our pants. Am I right?!

This program has been amazing for my mind & body these last few months. It’s improved my mental toughness & changed my body in ways I LEGIT never thought were possible...& I want to go through it all over again with y’all!

Now this group is gonna have a different spin... I’m going to throw in some golden nuggets from my personal journey + life coaching to help you start to take action to become the next best version of you. Consider this an extra (selfish) holiday from me bc it’s also going to help me become an even better coach as I launch my business “officially” on 1/1.

I want you to work on shifting your mindset. Focus on being consistent in exercise. Making better choices but NOT depriving yourself.

That means...live your damn life. LOVE YOURSELF by listening to & moving your hot bod. Believe you can make better choices & still enjoy all the things you love without feeling like you are missing out….& practice compassion instead of beating yourself up if you have an “off day.”

We have days until new the New Year & I know many of you want to wait for that New Years Eve Resolution before you commit to anything but I am going to challenge you, the time is going to pass no matter what, so why not end the year strong & keep it going?! Why not get out of the habit of only making YOU a priority on 1/1?!!

3 full rounds between these pics.
21 days of #MBF + 7 days from week 1 of #MBF while I impatiently waited for the advanced program to drop.
21 days of #MBFA.
And another 21 days of #MBF + some bonus workouts that you can add on for an extra challenge.
And now I’m doing a mix of both!💪🏼

SHORT Backstory: The old me thought it was TORTURE to workout. I dreaded it. I would workout because I thought it would make me skinny. I would workout to punish myself for the shitty food I ate. And when the shitty food I ate + workouts were not getting me the results I wanted, I would give up.

(That is because we don’t workout to lose weight, y’all. Stop telling yourself right now that you need to workout to lose weight. No you don’t, that change comes from what the hell you are doing in the kitchen.)

Basically, the old me worked out because I hated my body. And I would ALWAYS quit.🙅🏼‍♀️

Now I work out because I 💙 my body. And that keeps me going. I workout to gain strength, mentally & physically. I workout for my overall health. I do it to relieve/reduce stress & anxiety. I workout because we APPRECIATE my body & want to treat it better. I do it because I physically can & I am freaking grateful.

I think each workout program we release, that I do, I gain more confidence in myself & my ability to do things I would have once thought were IMPOSSIBLE. And out of all of the programs I have done, something about this one brought the most “I’M POSSIBLE” mindset shift.

✨Asymmetrical + Symmetrical training. The asymmetrical training totally puts an emphasize on the core & had me engaging muscles I was not used to focusing on…

Plus, the progression in the program allows you to build up your strength so you can take it up a notch each wk. It feels damn good to look back & see what you have done in each 21 day round.

Workout because you want to fall in 💙 with" taking care of your body & you wanna see all the shit it CAN do.
