I’m a mom, wife, and tequila lover who can often be found lip-syncing in the car to embarrass my kids. (I consider it one of my life’s greatest joys.)
I’m also a sucker for a good RomCom book or movie, traveling, with or without the kiddos, and laughing until I cry—bonus points if it's the kind of laugh that makes me nearly pee my pants. True story: that actually happened in 6th grade.
Sarcasm is basically my second language. I believe life’s too short to take ourselves too seriously.
I started out as a health & fitness coach (hence the “21 Day Fix” and cringe-worthy “skinny” recipes still floating around on the blog).
But that chapter led me here—to becoming a Coach for Women. I realized I’m obsessed with helping women unlearn the BS stories they’ve been told about who they should be. You know, the ones that keep you stuck, exhausted, and thinking happiness is somewhere out there instead of in your own damn hands.
Now, I help women take back control of their lives—whether that’s around food, body image, relationships, or breaking free from the pressure to do it all. Together, we unlearn the toxic stories that keep you stuck and create space for what actually feels good for YOU. Whether it’s setting boundaries, silencing your inner critic, or learning to trust yourself again, I’m here to guide you toward a more intentional, empowered life.
